PROJECT SAM RELEASE LINEAGE PERCUSSION FREE EDITION
If a free version of Project Sam sparks a certain sense of DÉJÀ VU in you, it could be because a couple of preset instances are already part of their existing Free Orchestra 2 library from a couple of years ago, which includes some very nice examples of libraries from their entire range of products.
If you already have The Free Orchestra 2 installed, then Lineage Percussion Free does not really offer anything new, except for a kit builder patch, which is unfortunately not accessible in terms of building a kit as the ability to load samples into it seems not to be possible directly via NKS.
The same previously released patches are also here, the Lineage Orchestra Kit, and the Lineage Melodic kit which is an ensemble featuring Marimba, Vibraphone, and Celesta.
If you do not already have The Free Orchestra 2, then this would be the better option as you do also get a bunch of other useful instrument presets.
