PLUGHUGGER RELEASE NEON CITY SOUND SET FOR U-HE REPRO
As owners will know, U-HE Repro is their virtual emulation based upon Sequential Circuits Pro 1, a favourite mono synth of the early eighties favoured by artists such as Vince Clarke.
Plughugger Sound Design have released Neon City which is a collection of presets for both the polyphonic Repro 5, and Repro 1 the perhaps more faithful monophonic reproduction of the two, which are sold together as a pair by U-HE.

Neon City for u-he Repro is the spiritual sequel to Future Sound of Retro 80s Pop — a return ticket to the decade when analog and hybrid synthesizers ruled the airwaves and pop music shimmered with optimism.
Built entirely on the analog heart of u-he Repro, Neon City captures the vibrant palette of the era, focusing mainly on synths, pads and bass for Repro-5, while also including a collection of ready-to-use sequences for Repro-1.
The soundset comes in Repro preset format, but also includes equivelent NKS presets and pre-hear sounds, there are also wav files of the presets included for use in other samplers.
