Native Instruments GmbH is in preliminary insolvency
Although we have not received any official statement from Native Instruments, there is it seems legitimate reports across the web that Native Instruments are entering into preliminary insolvency.
It would be unfair to speculate about the future too much at this point, however I’m sure I speak for all of us that our thoughts are with the staff and personnel that have worked hard for us over the years to deliver accessibility.
Native Instruments is a very major global player in the music industry, and their products are deeply integrated into studios and musicians daily lives, this should offer some consilation that the products will not vanish, and it could be possible for some form of buyout.
