UJAM UPDATES THEIR BEATMAKER SERIES
Some subscribers here may have picked up the Native Instruments & UJAM partner offer from last year, which we reviewed in detail here:

UJAM have now updated all of their Beatmaker series, updates for which will be available through the UJAM application.
Whilst the updates do not appear to bring any immediate or significant benefits for current KK users, I can at least confirm that everything still appears to work as before, so those wishing to stay uptodate can do so.
Here is a list of the reported changes:
What’s New in the Latest Beatmaker Updates?
- NKS (1.6) Support Across the Board: We’re thrilled to announce that each Beatmaker in the series now supports NKS 1.6, ensuring a seamless integration with your NKS-compatible hardware. This upgrade opens a new realm of possibilities for performance and sound design, making your workflow smoother and more intuitive.
- AAX Universal Binary Support: In our quest to accommodate every producer’s needs, all Beatmaker instruments now come with AAX universal binary support. This update guarantees full compatibility with the latest AAX host applications, providing a stable and efficient production environment regardless of your platform.
- Critical Bug Fix: We’ve addressed and fixed a pesky bug affecting instrument filters, where they were being recalled at different values. This fix ensures consistent sound quality and behavior across all instances, enhancing the reliability and predictability of your production process.
