IMPORTANT – KOMPLETE KONTROL 3 SOFTWARE UPDATE
As Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK1 owners should by now be aware, the new Komplete Kontrol version 3 update will not be compatible with this older hardware, so it is important that you do not update in order to retain your current functionality.
The final compatible 2.94 software version will remain available for existing and future used market S-Series MK1hardware owners.
For S-Series MK2, A-Series & M32 owners, the new software is compatible, however there are no immediate advantages to updating.
Further to this, I would add a particular important note that if you make use of any of the existing community access solutions such as the KK Accessibility script written by Steve Spamer, and the Komplete Access script from Access4Music, then these now no longer work due to changes in the GUI which has affected the original screen coordinates that the auto hotkey scripts rely on.
I cannot attest for the Keyboard Maestro macros for MAC, but suspect the same may be the case here.
