Plughugger Sound Design Release diva-vintage-no-5
Plughugger have today released vintage-no-5 for U-HE’s Diva synth.
This soundset aims to capture the analog feel of the early days of electronic music. The original goal of the soundset was to create a small and compact collection of analog sounding pads and arpeggios/sequences – but the soundset took on a life of its own and expanded to 151 sounds, complete with bass sounds.
Although Diva doesn’t have a real step sequencer, by working together with the arpeggiator and different tunings in the Trimmings page, we could re-create the feel of an analog step sequencer, making it possible to create sounds with melodic – not just arpeggiated – material.
Vintage No 5 (151 new sounds):
• 30 Arpeggios
• 25 Bass sounds
• 1 Effect sound
• 25 Lead & Synths
• 47 Pads
• 23 Sequences
All sounds are properly tagged making finding sounds easy (both in Diva as well as in Native Instruments Maschine and Komplete Kontrol).
Vintage No 5 also supports audio previews for Maschine and Komplete Kontrol.
Note that yu need to own and have U-HE Diva installed for these presets to work
