Native Instruments Release First Massive X Expansion Packs Plus Upgrade Deal
Although Massive X has been with us for a little while now despite it’s huge initial release delay, Native Instruments have now finally released their first official set of product preset expansion packs.
The first titles PULSE, RUSH, and SCENE cover driving pulse rhythms, anthem style lead melody and shades of ambient, and feature 150 presets each.
Normally retailing for £25 each here in the UK, they can be picked up as a trio for £50 until May 10th, (log into your account to see region pricing).
If you do not already own Massive X from one of the valid Komplete suite upgrades, there is also a good deal on the full product (which includes a large factory library) as well as the new expansions.
The new version of Massive X, did not really deliver much in the way of extended NKS accessibility over the original Massive that we all had hoped for, but there are some great sounds that highlight the power of the sound engine, and some presets now also have keyswitching for rhythmic control of many pulse style presets.
If you are thinking of upgrading to Massive X, do check the specs to ensure your computer is able to run the application, as some older models lack the required cpu components.
